The field needs to be safe but fun so by booking William’s Den Dog Field you (the client) are agreeing to the terms and conditions shown on this page.

 

Liability

•           No responsibility will be taken by the management for damage or injury sustained to property, individuals or animals whilst using the field. You are advised to insure your pet for all eventualities. The enrichment area is only for use by dogs and is used at your own risk.

•           All vehicles parked at William’s Den Dog Field are left entirely at their owner’s risk. No responsibility for damage or accidents can be taken by the owners of William’s Den Dog Field.

 

Bookings

•           Bookings are made through the website.

•           Booking is non-transferable. Confirmation of your booking will be sent by email. The email will contain the date and time of your booking. If you do not receive our confirmation email, please check your ‘junk’ inbox before calling. If you do not receive an email confirmation the field is NOT booked.

•           Bookings can be amended up to 3 hour prior to your booked slot. Cancellations will not be refunded.

•           The person making the booking must be present and must ensure that anyone else attending is made aware of and adheres to the Terms and Conditions of William’s Den Dog Field.

 

Payments

•           Payments must be made through the online booking procedure and the secure payment platform.

 

Cancellation policy

•           No extension is allowed for late arrival to the field.

•           No refunds are given for no show to a session booking. If you cannot attend please re arrange your appointment as cancellations cannot be refunded. 

•           We reserve the right to close the field at any time, for which a full refund will be given. Cancellation will be notified to the field user/booker.

 

Health and welfare

•           It is recommended all dogs using the field are fully updated with their vaccinations and worming. There is only a low risk or ticks and grass seeds as the field was recently re-seeded and the grass will be cut on a regular basis.

•           If your dog is showing signs of ill health, please reschedule your appointment when they are well.

•           Please provide your own drinking water for the dogs.

 

Entering/leaving the Field

•           It is the responsibility of those using the field to book a slot which allows enough time to unload their animals, use the field and get them back into their vehicles within the time slot. The slot is not just for use of the field.

•           Users must inspect the field to ensure that it is suitable for use by their dog(s)/escape artists!

•           It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the gate is secured whilst they are in the field.

•           When not in the secure area dogs MUST always be kept on a lead.

•           Please keep dogs in your vehicle until the previous users have loaded their dogs back in the vehicle.

•           PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING POO BAGS AND PICK UP AFTER YOUR DOG/S

 

Code of Ethics

•           No sub-letting of the field is allowed. Anyone wishing to hire it on a professional basis to contact William’s Den Dog Field to discuss requirements.

•           Choke chains, prong collars and electronic devices are not allowed.

•           William’s Den Dog Field are not affiliated with the neighbouring farm. Please do not enter other adjoining land and keep noise down to respectable levels at all times.

 

Maintenance

•           The client to provide their own poo bags (preferably biodegradable) and pick up all dog poop after their dogs and place in the poo bin. Please do not leave any litter in the field. 

•           We inspect the field and fencing daily but please notify us if you have any concerns. Email; dogfield@williamsden.co.uk.

 

Children

•           Children are welcome on the field but must be always supervised by an adult. The enrichment areas are designed for canine use only and if children are allowed to climb then they do so at their own risk.

 

Data

•           Management will only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. This information is not used for any other purposes or shared with other parties.

•           Photographs, please contact William's Den Dog Field if you would NOT like any photos of your dogs to be used in social media or advertising purposes. If we have not heard from you, we will take it that consent has been given.

 

Disclaimer

•           The management does not accept liability for any accident, injury, misadventure or damage to person, animal, or property, however so incurred. The Owner/Supervisor of the dog(s) use William’s Den Dog Field at their own risk.

•           William’s Den Dog Field reserve the right to amend any of these terms and conditions at any time. Any variations so made shall be deemed to be incorporated in these conditions.
